We put the correct team together to be able to successfully configure a project, coordinate the planning and realisation, make the professional and social resources available, and provide the technical know-how required in order to keep the process sequences lean and efficient. Depending on the task, we either put teams together, or are part of a team.
We support project developers offering project rights for acquisition throughout the complete sales process. Our services also include the preparation of the documentation, the creation of efficiency analyses and the presentation of country specifics, such as electricity feed-in compensation, terms of service and permits.
Together with investors, we develop the requirements profile for the planned commitment. The key factors here include the selection of the optimum localities, the project scales, the goal setting, the profitability and the decision-making basis for general contractors. We consult with project purchases (share / asset deals) and include lawyers and accountants. We can also support our customers both with the active project realisation and in an advisory capacity subsequent to the conclusion of a purchase contract as required.
